Regional Director
Anna Peak is a Regional Director with Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler Financial affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. Ms. Peak initially joined the firm as a Community Manager for Magnolia Preserve, one of the firm’s multi-family properties. Ms. Peak was promoted to Regional Director in August 2022.
Ms. Peak oversees four communities in the southwest and southeast portion of Alabama consisting of more than 800 apartments. She has more than 10 years of experience in multi-family property management. Her experience includes new lease ups, value add projects, and garden style/mid-rise developments. She has also been instrumental in acquisitions and dispositions.
Responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of community managers, Ms. Peak has expertise leading and training teams that excel. Her professional passions include training and equipping her teams to be self-sufficient leaders and coaching teams to exceed their own expectations.
Ms. Peak also supports Community Managers and Regional Managers with daily operations, software support, and shares responsibility for maintaining the physical assets and performance of her assigned properties by inspecting properties to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Additionally, she conducts periodic inspections of vacant apartments for market-ready condition.
Prior to joining Henssler Property Management, Ms. Peak has worked at multiple apartment communities as Community Manager, Assistant Manager, and as a Leasing Consultant.
Ms. Peak earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Troy University. She is a member of the Dothan Area Young Professionals organization.
