Regional Director
Courtney Rogers is a Regional Director with Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. She has more than 12 years of experience in property management in the multi-family industry.
Ms. Rogers was a Senior Community Manager for Hampton Place in Perry, GA where she effectively managed and coordinated staff, activities, and available resources to accomplish property objectives set forth by the firm’s Executive Vice President. After serving Hampton Place for eight years, Ms. Rogers was promoted to Regional Director in August 2022.
As a Regional Director, she is responsible for coordinating and aiding in facility maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and routinely inspecting properties for damages. Ms. Rogers assists and monitors the development of company policies and procedures related to property management while abiding by current state and local laws. She is also responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Community Managers, aiding them in maximizing revenue, controlling costs, and increasing resident retention.
Prior to joining Henssler Property Management, Ms. Rogers worked at multiple apartment communities as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Assistant.
Ms. Rogers attended Central Georgia Technical college for Business Administration. She is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®).
