Community Manager
Nicole Joiner is a Community Manager with Henssler Property Management, a provider of property management services to Henssler affiliates, Henssler Clients, and other real property owners. She joined the firm in November 2018.
Ms. Joiner oversees a diverse portfolio, including Henssler Property Management’s Single-Family home portfolio, where she monitors occupancy rates, rental income, and market trends, providing updates to property management and owners. She also manages multiple commercial properties including Lockheed Square Apartments, and other locations across Georgia and North Carolina. With a strong focus on tenant relations and operational efficiency, Ms. Joiner plays a vital role in ensuring the continued success and maintenance of each asset in the portfolio.
Her responsibilities include marketing available units, creating and managing listings, advertising vacancies, coordinating efforts to attract potential residents, conducting property tours, screening prospective tenants, and managing lease agreements, renewals, and transitions. Ms. Joiner is the primary point of contact for tenant communications, addressing concerns and maintenance requests with professionalism and timeliness.
On the operational side, Ms. Joiner coordinates property maintenance and vendor relationships, monitors curb appeal, and ensures each property remains in top condition. She also manages property budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures financial accountability.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Joiner was a Leasing / Marketing Manager for Stonemark Management, where she was responsible for all aspects of leasing and tenant relations, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Ms. Joiner earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Professional Communication from Kennesaw State University. Ms. Joiner holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license, and is a Georgia Registered Appraiser.
